Who We Are
Our team includes Certified Industrial Rope Access Operators with over 30 years of industry experience. We work closely with licensed trades and trusted contractors to deliver a comprehensive range of building services safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Our Story
CBD Access – formerly known as Climb Access – was established in 1997, building on nine years of prior experience in general building maintenance and arboriculture.
In our early years, we specialised in facade inspections, caulking, sealing, heritage restoration, and masonry repairs for both brick and rendered structures. As we partnered with larger companies and expanded our expertise, we built strong, long-term relationships with specialist trades across the industry.
This growth allowed us to broaden our capabilities, evolving into the full-service building access and maintenance provider that CBD Access is today.

Installation, fabrication, and recertification of rope access and fall arrest anchor systems, static lines, access hatches and caged ladders, bridge systems, platforms, bypass systems, and specialised glass balustrade clearance systems.
Gutters, rain heads, downpipes, metal roofing replacement, cappings, flashings, and licensed plumbing assistance.
Assisted licensed electrical cabling/connections and comms cabling.
Assisted licensed installation, replacement, and servicing.
Engineer-assisted inspections of buildings and structures.
Repair and preservation of historic facades and architectural details, render repairs, masonry and brick restoration including deconstruction and reconstruction.
