Water Treatment Service

Water treatment related to cooling towers is under the routine maintenance of the chemical treatment contract. A closed loop condenser water loop should always be chemical-treated when the mains water is introduced to the loop. Passivation of the loop forms a thin layer of membrane inside the loop and prevents the pipes from corroding.
Gutter Cleaning & Anchor Points Certification

Before the gutter and rain head can be cleaned, a facility manager should always make sure that the anchor points / static lines / roof ladders have been certified and the certificate of compliance is issued. Gutter cleaning is a great opportunity to identify any defects to the gutter and whether the fall/slope is correct so that water can be directed to the downpipe. Caretaking

Our caretaker on site is the contact person between the engineering team and the building. Any pop-up issues in the building will be picked up by our caretaker and reported to our office for further action. The caretaker is able to perform tasks such as light replacement, general and high-pressure cleaning, CCTV footage checking
Concierge

Our concierge team will be the friendly first point of contact and can coordinate phone calls, emails.
Our friendly staff can arrange bookings for contractors that are either doing private apartment renovations or servicing common area facilities. The sign in records is being updated on a weekly basis to our head office to check if the log-in details match with the service reports.
Cleaning
